Meet the Founder, Willie Goldberg

Hello, my name is Willie Goldberg and I founded a real estate company which I grew to 75+ employees and 8 figures+ in revenue. We had hired hundreds of sales professionals over a 7 year period and we had as many as 30 sales professionals in the organization at a given time. When I started, people cycled in and out of the organization and we really did not know what we were doing.  We hired bad recruiters to start, then ultimately we did the recruitment in house and made all the mistakes in the book. Finally after a few years of making mistakes again and again, we had created a robust and successful hiring process that delivered quality and quantity of reps needed who were motivated to work. 

Now my company Gold Search Group, a recruiting company, is on a mission to help business owners and CEOs onboard, train, and retain quality and quantity commission only sales reps and take the work off of their plate so they can focus on what they do best.  I have almost a decade of recruiting experience on my own account and I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on courses, coaching, and recruiters and have tried all the strategies.
